Every so often Apple holds Apple Watch Challenges for events such as “Earth Day”,” and “International Women’s Day”. Sometimes they hold region specific challenges as well.

The next challenge will be the “Health and Sports Day Challenge,” the new challenge will kick off on October 14 for Apple Watch users in Japan.

On October 14, earn this special award by doing any workout for at least 30 minutes. Record your time in the Workout app or any app that adds workouts to Health.

It is not clear if users can change their region to get this challenge.
